Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include its original packaging. Personalized, customized, or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at support@FormaCulina.com and provide your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photos or videos where relevant. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Return Address

Please do not send returns to our business registration address. Once your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide the appropriate return warehouse address and return instructions.

Return Shipping Cost

Preference-based returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns (for example, if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item).

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to the customer.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for refund, including personalized products, clearance items, and gift cards, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment, and cancellation may not be possible. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@FormaCulina.com with your order number.
